Fujitsu Optical Components America Inc. is looking for a highly skilled and motivated sales leader with a proven track record of growing a business.

Essential Responsibilities:

• This position is required to be a leader of Sales team and will be resposible for creating and implementing a winning Sales strategy.
• To organize a team to develop business in Americas.
• To create a mid/long-term account plan and its implementation to achieve a revenue target.
• To negotiate complex sales matters.
• To support a global customer closely working with other regional Sales office.
• To participate in an exhibition to develop new customer base, business opportunities, and to gain market exposure.
• To improve productivity closely working with related parties by changing work process.
• Domestic/International business trip required.

Desired Experience & Knowledge

• Bachelor's Degree
• 10+ years of experience in sales for optical communication industry and some level of optical communication product awareness.
• A high level of understanding and experience in the Web-Scale business segment a big plus.
• Oversea trading business
• SAP
• Willingness to help others and work in a global team environment
• Proficient with common computer programs, including Microsoft Office
